What Make Citi Habitats Different

1. Office Facilities
Recently, Citi Habitats has embarked on a comprehensive campaign to revitalize and rebuild our office locations to truly reflect the way that agents work and interact with clients. These offices include flexible work stations to accommodate visiting agents, lounge-style meeting areas, private phone rooms, and hi-tech conference rooms equipped with Apple TV and wireless presentation systems. These new locations offer the latest and greatest in technology as well as modern, industrial-inspired design elements. The goal with our new offices is to make not only functional – but fun, inspiring places from which to do business.

2. Technology
Like never before, technology is a driving force in the real estate brokerage industry. As a firm that believes in staying on the cutting edge, we’re creating an all-new, fully-integrated listings database. The first phase of the system rolled out in mid-2014.  In early 2015, we will roll out the new CitiHabitats.com, which is being completely redesigned from the ground up, and will offer features never before seen on a real estate website.

3. Business Development & Learning
With approximately 200 learning opportunities a year, our agents’ professional growth is a priority. Citi Habitats’ Agent Development Orientation (CHADO) is best-in-class. All new independent agents participate in an intensive weeklong program where they learn the essentials of working with clients and closing transactions successfully. Citi Habitats agents also have the opportunity to participate in an additional comprehensive 45-hour sales skills program. In addition, the Senior Managing Directors of our branch offices are dedicated to their agents’ success and offer weekly in-office workshops and seminars. Additional programs coordinated by our dedicated training coordinator are offered regularly on a variety of topics related to sales, rentals, marketing and professional development. We also offer a voluntary mentorship program for agents who would like an extra boost of support.

4. Marketing & Public Relations
Citi Habitats’ in-house marketing department is focused on helping agents gain exposure and market their business. All agents are provided advertising space on our well trafficked website and because of our extensive database, thousands of apartments are available to agents for advertising. At the company’s cost, agents’ ads are automatically fed to multiple real estate sites such as StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia and Curbed.com. Our professional pitch and marketing materials are available to agents for free in hardcopy and PDF format. The marketing team includes a specialist in social media, graphic designers and a public relations professional. These team members are available to help agents with targeted marketing and outreach that captures the unique aspects of their business.
